RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of items. Items must be unworn, all tags attached, and in the condition it was sent.

  • NO REFUNDS, exchange only.

  • Exchanges are based on stock availability.

  • We DO NOT cover shipping costs for returns.

  • The customer is responsible for the price difference on returned item.

  • If the price of your returned item is less than the item being exchanged, you will receive an online store credit.

  • Please allow 3-4 days to process returns. 

  • We DO NOT offer returns/exchanges on sale or clearance items.

  • Customer WILL NOT be allowed to exchange or receive online credit for items returned in unsatisfactory condition, i.e. Soiled, Torn, Worn, Altered ect. (Items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.)

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We use Fed-Ex​.

  • All US order take up to 5-7 business days.

  • International orders take up to 7-14 business days.

  • All items are shipped standard/ground.

  • You are responsible for priority shipping costs.

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more.

  • SAME DAY DELIVERY is offered in Atlanta, GA; orders placed after 6PM will be delivered next day.

  • We DO NOT ship to North Korea, Cuba, Somalia or Syria.

  • We DO NOT offer next day delivery.

  • We DO NOT ship P.O. boxes.

  • Orders with billing address not matching shipping address may be canceled.

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your order.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your item has shipped.

How do I track my order?


Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Use this information to track your order. You will not receive tracking information with your order receipt or confirmation.




What are your delivery options?


We offer standard/ground US (5-7 business days) and International (7-14 business days) shipping. We offer priority shipping also at the expense of the customer. We offer SAME DAY Delivery in ATLANTA, GA ONLY (orders placed after 6PM will be delivered next day). Choose "Same Day Delivery" shipping option at checkout.




How do I return an item?


Use the return label information provided and ship the item(s) in its original condition. We do not cover shipping costs. We do not offer refunds, exchange only. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy.




How can I contact your couriers?


We ship through Fed-Ex. You may contact them directly using your provided tracking information if necessary.
